What Mohive is

A way to find a person for work through people who know each other. You post a request, share it with your connections, and they can share it on. Mohive is a tool for making that introduction. It is not an employer, an agency or a party to anything you agree with the people you meet.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• One account per person, under your real name.
• You are responsible for what you post, share and send.

What you may not do

• Post anything unlawful, misleading or discriminatory, or a request that is not real.
• Share other people's personal details without their consent, in a request, a file or a message.
• Send spam, or use invite links or requests to reach people who did not ask for it.
• Try to find out who a hidden person is, or get around the limits and privacy rules of the app.
• Copy or scrape the service.

We may remove content, limit or close an account that breaks these rules, and we act on reports.

What you post

It stays yours. You give Mohive permission to store it and show it to the people the app's rules allow (see the Privacy policy), for as long as your account exists.

No guarantees

Mohive is provided as it is. We don't check the people or the requests on it and can't promise that a request leads anywhere, that someone is who they say, or that the service is always available. To the extent the law allows, Mohive is not liable for what happens between you and the people you meet through it.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We can end the service or these terms with reasonable notice.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the European Union and, where national law applies, by the law of the EU country you live in. Nothing here takes away rights that the consumer law of your country gives you.
